12. “Effect / Affect” by Monica Cordero-Cruz (SPIT) (Philippines)

  • Dance Ops Studio (#03-02) 114 Middle Road Singapore, 188971 Singapore (map)

Synopsis:

Participants of 'Effect / Affect' will explore the most basic, accessible, omnipresent characters in scenes - our emotions.

How do we allow ourselves to be affected by our emotions, and what effect do these bring to our scenes? How do we express them so that our scene partners understand, and our audience can resonate? How do we do all these and at the same time also honor our truth?

So many questions but the biggest one is - how do you feel?
